AURORA
Aurora is part of Vonka's Special Effects Magic Pigments series—a collection of premium pigments that offer extraordinary effects beyond traditional micas. This pigment dazzles with shimmering hues of gold, green, yellow, and blue, creating stunning color shifts that change depending on the light and resin colors. Aurora adds a vibrant, magical touch to your resin art, making each piece come to life. Aurora is extremely similar to our Lost Stars ,while Lost Stars is a little less pigmented, it gives more sparkle. Unless you want to buy the whole collection we recommend to purchase just one of the pigments(money wise)
Do NOT purchase without checking this detailed description, where I explain how these pigments differ from commonly used resin colorants and why, despite being sold in very small jars, they can still be used for up to 40 projects. 😎 ➡️ What are the Special Effects Magic Pigments and How To Use Them
Please Note: The jar shown in the product's main image is for color and aesthetic reference only and does not represent the actual packaging. Our jars are small and filled by weight, not volume. Due to the varying densities of the pigments, the jars may appear differently filled. Rest assured, each jar contains 2 grams of highly concentrated pigment, which is enough for 10-40 projects depending on usage.
- Amount to Use: For example, if you want to cover an 18" round canvas using black resin, use 2-3 toothpick scoops of pigment mixing with black resin( or any color if you know what type of effect this pigment will create ) You can also mix a small amount of this pigment with clear resin and apply it as lines or accents using a toothpick, or use in Dirty Pours techniques applied with our other pigments like Moonlight, Northern Lights, Star Dust, Lost Stars and Milky Way, also with some Twinkles to create incredible aurora borealis effects, and more. Always test on a smaller scale before applying to your main project
